FAQs

What is the Packages section for?

Packages lets you view and manage the different subscription tiers available to your organization, such as Free, Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise. Any new package you create is automatically displayed in the table for easy access and management.

How do I know what a package requires before assigning it?

Check the Requirements columns, such as Require Email Verification, Require CRM Connection, and Require Slack Connection, shown as Yes or No for each package. These tell you what a customer or workspace needs to have set up to use that package.

What does Events Quota control?

Events Quota indicates the quota of events available for a given package, alongside Trial Days, Trial Credits, and Sources Included, which together define the usage limits and included data sources for that subscription tier.
