Onboarding Setup: Connect Sona Outbound to HubSpot

Learn how to connect HubSpot to Sona during onboarding so Sona can pull CRM data and monitor target accounts alongside web tracking.

Overview

Sona enables you to easily connect and utilize your CRM data alongside Sona's web tracking and account identification capabilities. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to establish a connection with HubSpot. You can also integrate Sona with Salesforce. If you are using a different CRM, feel free to contact [email protected] for assistance in establishing the connection.

HubSpot CRM integration with Sona

  1. Click Connect in the left panel under HubSpot.

  2. You will be redirected to HubSpot where you can authorize the integration with SSO.

  3. Select your HubSpot (admin) account, then click Choose Account.

  4. Click Connect App, and you are done.

Sona will now start pulling your CRM data from HubSpot.

Note: to sync your Sona data back to HubSpot, you can manage the integration by clicking Connectors on Sona's main menu.
