Sona enables you to easily connect and utilize your CRM data alongside Sona's web tracking and account identification capabilities. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to establish a connection with either Hubspot or Salesforce. Salesforce CRM Integration with Sona
- Click Connect in the left panel and under the Salesforce CRM platform 
- You will be redirected to where you can authorize the integration with SSO 
- Select the relevant Salesforce account and click Choose Account 
And, that’s it! Sona will start pulling your CRM data from Salesforce.
