Overview
Sona's Help Settings let you associate help articles with specific pages inside the platform. This ensures the right support content is surfaced to users automatically, based on the page they are currently viewing.
Adding a help article assignment
To assign a help article to a page:
Open the Help Settings section from the platform menu.
Click Add Row to create a new help article assignment.
Fill in the required details:
Page URL: the URL of the page where the help article should appear.
Article ID: the unique identifier for the help article you want to assign.
Package: the applicable package (for example, Free, Starter, or Growth) that defines which users can view the article.
Click Save to complete the assignment. The help article will now appear on the specified page for users in the selected package.
Note: double-check the Page URL and Article ID before saving, since an incorrect value will prevent the article from surfacing on the intended page.
