To ensure transparency and legal compliance, we recommend updating your website's privacy policy and cookie banner.

After verifying your email, you will be taken to the onboarding page where you can connect your CRM and Slack, and install the tracking pixel.

If you skipped the onboarding, you can follow our Quick Start Guide instead.

Add users to your Sona account via the Team page.

Assign roles based each user's responsibilities.
