Overview
To quickly learn to navigate the Sona platform, click the help icon on the lower left corner to show or hide the help sidebar for the currently displayed page.
Click Web Visitors or Accounts on the main menu to explore your tracked visitor data. The Web Visitors page shows a table with all your tracked visitors, while the Accounts page lists their associated companies that Sona was able to identify.
After Sona identifies a visitor's associated account, it further enriches the account-level profile with the contact information of other associated employees and key people using third-party data. This automates the initial research required when prospecting accounts for new leads.
Use filters combined with the numerous data points that Sona aggregates to analyze and gain insights from your Web Visitor and Account data.
Create different Audience segments and target them with tailored campaigns.
Integrations
Sync your Audience datasets to other platforms using the Destinations feature to integrate your Sona data with the rest of your existing workflow.
