Understanding a Slack alert

  1. The Suggested tag indicates that the email was retrieved from a third-party provider. If the email was already in your CRM records, the Type will be labeled as Known.

  2. Click the links to open the visitor's associated person and account-level profiles in the Sona platform, and get more detailed information about the visitor and their page activity.

  3. Click the link to open their personal or company LinkedIn profile.

  4. The CRM Email is the visitor's primary email address. You can check for additional personal or work email addresses by opening their visitor profile.

  5. This section offers a brief overview of additional attributes collected based on your specified configurations:

    1. The Buying Stage is determined by incorporating ICP Fit and Intent Signal scores.

    2. ICP Fit Score indicates how closely the visitor aligns with your Ideal Customer Profile.

    3. Intent Signals show the types of pages they visited and their level of interest.

  6. Identifies the associated filtered view or audience dataset from which the visitor or account profile originates.

  7. This section provides a glimpse into the visitor's personal and company LinkedIn profiles.

FAQs

What information does a Sona Slack alert contain?

A Slack alert includes a profile summary for a new website visitor or account matching your lead qualification criteria, including their Suggested or Known status, links to their Sona and LinkedIn profiles, their primary CRM email, and attributes like Buying Stage, ICP Fit Score, and Intent Signals.

What is the difference between a Suggested and Known email in the alert?

Suggested means the email was retrieved from a third-party provider and is not yet in your CRM. Known means the email already existed in your CRM records before Sona identified this visitor.
