Destinations enable automatic export of your Sona Audience data to connected platforms. This guide will help you set up and manage data exports that sync automatically as your audiences update, keeping your data fresh across your go-to-market stack.

- You need administrator permissions to add new connectors, 
- For connecting certain platforms,, you'll need valid API credentials for those services

Step 2: Select a Destination

- Review the list of destinations available to your plan 
- Select the target destination where you'd like to sync your Sona Audience 
- You can configure the target destination data connection from Connectors in the left sidebar. Alternatively, the Destination configuration will also link to the Connector setup if has not already been configured.

- Enter a descriptive Destination Name to identify your sync configuration 
- In the Source field, select the Sona audience that you want to synchronize 
- In the Target field, select the target system to where data will be synchronized 
- Choose your Sync Settings: Select "Add to Audience", "Remove from Audience", or "One time sync" Available in select Destinations 
- Configure Record Matching criteria by mapping Source and Target columns (Email, Phone, etc.) Available in select Destinations 
- Set up Field(s) Mapping to specify which additional data columns should be synchronized Available in select Destinations 
- Configure Sync Frequency using the Interval schedule (every n minutes, hours, days, or weeks) Available in select Destinations 
- Set when the schedule becomes effective (Immediately or custom date) 
- Choose how long the sync remains active (Indefinitely or set end date) 
- Save your configuration to activate the data synchronization

- Click the Save button to create your destination
