- Go to Connectors in the Sona sidebar 
- Locate or add the Smartlead Connector 
- Authenticate and ensure the connection status reads Active 
Step 3: Smartlead-Specific Configuration

- Destination Name: Enter a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Sales Prospects – Smartlead") 
- Source Selection: Choose the Sona audience report you want to sync 
- Target Selection: Choose your Smartlead connection 
- Enable real-time processing for this destination (located under Record Matching): Check this box if you want immediate data updates - When enabled, real-time processing will override the scheduled sync frequency 
- Ideal for time-sensitive workflows and immediate lead follow-up
