Add attributes to CRM Contact profiles using data from other reports.

The Attributes settings page allows you to add more attributes to the CRM Contact profiles beyond those found in the source report configured in the Contact Profile settings page.

By blending data from different reports and combining it with Sona's website tracking data, you can get a complete overview of your existing CRM contacts' activity and engagement.

Overview

  • In the Attributes Source section, select the Report Type and the source report. This can be a saved report or audience, or

  • Under User Identifier, select a column from the report that will be used to link or join the new data to the currently configured CRM Contact profiles.

  • Click Filters to filter the data from the source report before it is ingested into Sona’s CRM Contact profile records.

  • Click +Add under the Attributes List section to create new attributes for Sona’s contact profiles.

  • Choose which fields to use in the selected report and specify the name of the new attribute/data column for the CRM contact profiles.
