Overview
Sona's Reports page contains all the reports that Sona uses and generates. User-created reports can also be found in the Blended and Derived categories, available on Growth and Enterprise plans only.
Report categories
Reports are grouped into the following main categories:
Original Datasets: source reports imported and used by Sona for contact profiles and attribution models.
Blended Reports: contain data aggregated from different reports and datasets. The blending process combines relevant information into one comprehensive report.
Derived Reports: have filtered data extracted from an existing report. These reports offer customized views of the data, focusing on specific subsets or insights.
Navigating the UI
Use the Reports menu on the left to switch between different report types, then click a report to view it.
Use the search bar to find reports with names that match your keywords.
Click Filters below the search bar to filter the data. Click Grouping to save search filters.
Click Actions to create a new derived report after adding filters to the current report.
Click the three dots on the upper right to download the report and change column settings.

With Growth and Enterprise packages, users can create new reports from existing datasets. Growth and Enterprise users have more customization options and reporting features so you can access more data and extract more value out of it.

Open the report, apply the filters you want using the Filters option below the search bar, then click Actions to create a new derived report based on the current filtered view. This is available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
