Overview
Sona's CRM Contacts page lists every contact profile imported from your CRM. When a web visitor's identity matches a known CRM contact, Sona appends their page activity, identification, and attribution data to that existing contact profile, so you get a single, enriched record instead of separate website and CRM views.
The data on this page shows how existing contacts respond to your campaigns and their path to conversion. Sona also uses this profile data to automatically generate attribution model datasets that assign fractional revenue and touch credit.
Navigating CRM Contacts
Use the controls on the page to find, sort, and act on contact profiles:
Use the search bar to find specific data.
Click Filters to identify contacts with specific attributes and narrow down the listed profiles.
Click Save Filter and the filtered view appears on the left under All Contacts, so you can switch between different filtered views.
Click the arrows beside a column name to sort the data in ascending or descending order.
Hover to the right of the sort arrows, then click the pin icon to bookmark the column to the left.
Click a contact's email address to view their profile and activity data.
After filtering the data, click Create Derived Report under Actions to create an auto-updating dataset with your specified filters. This is available with Growth and Enterprise packages.
Tip: pinned columns and saved filters make it faster to return to the contact views you check most often.
