Export your Sona audience data to Customer.io using Destinations to create more personalized messaging with its marketing automation tools. After setting up the destination, your Customer.io records will be regularly updated with new leads whenever a web page visitor shows high intent or ICP fit scores.
If you haven’t connected Sona to your Customer.io account, click Connectors on the left menu to add a new connector integration.
Once you’ve set up a Customer.io Connector, you can add it as a destination.
Select an Organization
Add a destination name.
Select a source report, then select a Customer.io segment or create a new one.
Map the columns of the source report to their respective attributes in the Customer.io database.
Select a column from the source report, then enter a matching value in the Customer.io field.
Click +Add to create more data mapping rules.
Click the trash icon to remove the attribute from the list
Click Save to create the new destination, or Cancel to exit without saving and go back to the Destinations page.
