Personas

Configure Personas to identify new leads from identified accounts.

Updated over 2 months ago

Personas are semi-fictional representations of your ideal customer, created by adding specific attributes, such as job titles, locations, seniorities and keywords, in the Persona settings page.

Once configured, the Persona Matches column in the Accounts table will show the number of enriched employees or people with matching persona attributes for each account. This will help you identify and target buying team members and potential leads associated with different accounts.

If the Persona fields are left blank, the Persona Matches column will simply display a count of all people and employees associated with each account.

Compared to the ICP Fit Score, which assigns weighted scores to visitors and their associated accounts, Personas are used to identify the enriched contacts for each account that you can target.

Persona Configuration

  1. Click the Persona tab.

  2. Add job titles and additional attributes, such as keywords and locations, that best represent your target customers.

  3. Click Save to accept the changes.

NOTE: Employees and key people that match the attributes in the Person Locations field are included in the Persona Matches count.

The Location Matches column identifies people and contacts within an account that have the same geolocation data as the tracked website visitor associated with the company. It does not reference the attributes added to the Person Locations field.
