The People page lists all the employees and key people from different accounts that Sona was able to find using third-party data.

These persons haven’t necessarily visited your website, but are affiliated with accounts that were identified using your visitor data.

Detailed Overview

  1. Click a company name to open its account profile page where you can see more details about the company, as well as all associated website visitors and people.

  2. Click Reveal to fetch a person’s email address from a third party provider.

  3. Add Filters to narrow down the list so you can more easily identify potential leads. You can also use the search bar to quickly look for matching keywords in all columns.

  4. Click Create Audience under Actions to save the current view as a separate dataset. Whenever new people match the filters you configured for the Audience, the dataset will be automatically updated in real-time.

  5. Click the three dots on the upper right corner, then click Download to save the current view as a CSV file. Click Column Settings to show/hide columns from the table.

Persona and Location Matches

The Persona Match tag indicates that the person has similar attributes to the persona configured in the Scoring settings. Personas are used to identify target customers, such as buying team members, within an account.

If a person has the same geolocation details as the tracked website visitor associated with the account, Sona will append their contact profile with the Location Match tag. This can help you identify a visitor’s colleagues and close contacts who are possibly working in the same office or department.

A profile can have both Persona and Location Match tags, or none at all.

The Location Match attribute does not reference the Person Locations attributes in the Persona configuration page. People who have matching Person Locations are included in the Persona Match count.
