Introduction to the Sona Platform

General overview of the Sona platform and main menu options.

Updated over 4 months ago

With Sona, you’ll be able to capture more qualified leads that convert into customers while reducing marketing and sales costs.

Sona de-anonymizes your visitor data, connects website activity to accounts in your CRM, and reveals net-new accounts and leads.

Leverage the data that Sona aggregates to gain insights into prospect behaviors, preferences, and trends so you can effectively align sales and marketing efforts, and coordinate go-to-market initiatives to generate more pipeline.

Once Sona pulls in data from the tracking script, you’ll see a graph that compares tracked visitors with the number of identified accounts. Below the graph, you can invite your team members to sign up for Sona.

Click the question mark icon on the bottom left to show or hide the help sidebar. Clicking the left arrow collapses and expands the main menu.
