Choose from the list of dashboards you have access to. Both pre-built and custom dashboards summarize the datasets that the Sona Platform collects and assembles.
Sona automatically generates system reports that break down revenue by touch points for the defined conversion events after applying our attribution modeling. You can easily gain insights from the new data by viewing your dashboards and charts.
General dashboard usage
General dashboard usage
At the top left corner of some dashboards, there are global selectors which get applied to all charts within that dashboard. These drop-down selectors include the following:
Select the Time Period of the datasets used in the charts and dashboard.
At the top right corner of all dashboards, there are two buttons you can click:
Pin to Favorites pins the dashboard you’re currently onto the left navigation sidebar, making it easier to access upon logging into Sona.
Set as Homepage sets the dashboard you’re currently on as the homepage, making it the default dashboard you see upon logging into Sona.
The data sources used to build the user and account profiles include:
Sona tracking data for additional attribution and user activity
Secondary data source(s) if available.
Channel / sub-channel mapping from all UTM source values.
After the User Profiles are built, Sona automatically generates system reports which break down revenue by touch points for the defined conversion events, and based on the applied attribution model. These reports are also used to build the charts and dashboards.
Drill down charts and dashboards
The Sona drill-down charts and dashboards are special kinds of tables that allow users to deep dive into data for more granular insights.
This table starts at the broadest level, usually either channel/subchannel or campaign. From this level, the user can click to select the relevant value (ex: a specific campaign) to see how its underlying entities contribute to its performance (ex: ad groups). If a value is highlighted, this means that value can be “drilled down” to another lower, more granular level.
Additionally, the user would be able to do the following on these charts:
Select a time period from the drop down selector
Change the aggregation type based on the time period (aggregated, year, month, week)
Apply filters to see segments of data
Pin columns to have them freeze to the far left side of the table
