The visitor profile page gives a full picture of each unique visitor’s activity data which includes pages visited, session details, and triggered intent signals.
Every unique visitor is assigned a visitor ID as their unique identifier. If Sona is able to find a person’s email in your CRM records or through a third party, the email address will be used instead.
When a matching account is found, the associated company and its firmographic details are added to the profile page to give you a better understanding of the prospect’s background. If available, you can also click the LinkedIn icon to view the person’s profile page.
Profiles of anonymous visitors will only show a visitor ID and the associated activity data.
