Overview
Playbooks are prebuilt prompts for an agent, so you don't have to write your own question to get started. Each agent has its own set of Playbooks tailored to what it covers, and running one starts a normal chat you can keep asking follow-ups in.
Playbooks in an agent's chat
When you open an agent that has Playbooks available, a "Get started with a template" section appears below the prompt box.
Each template card shows a short title, a PROMPT label, and the underlying question it will ask.
Click a template card to run it immediately, or click the Browse all [N] playbooks link at the bottom (for example, "Browse all 48 Identified Accounts playbooks") to see the agent's full Playbook library.
Note: Some agents, such as Identified Accounts, need data connected before their templates can return real results. See Agents: Connecting Your Data for how to connect data or install the tracking pixel.
Browsing the full Playbook library
Click Playbooks in the left sidebar, under Agents, to open the full library across every agent. This is the same library the Browse all [N] playbooks link opens, just scoped to one agent instead of all of them.
Filter tabs (All, AI Visibility, AI Agent Analytics, Identified Accounts, Marketing Influence, Intent Signals, Web Visitors) – narrow the library down to one agent's Playbooks, or leave All selected to browse everything.
Playbook Library count – the badge next to "PLAYBOOK LIBRARY" shows the total number of Playbooks across every agent.
Search playbooks – filter the library by keyword instead of scrolling through every section.
Per-agent sections – below the filters, Playbooks are grouped by agent (for example Identified Accounts), each with its own count badge showing how many Playbooks that agent has.
Each card in the library shows the same title, PROMPT label, and underlying question as the template cards in an agent's own chat window. Click a card to run it and start a conversation with the agent it belongs to.

They both start the same kind of conversation. A Playbook just pre-fills a tested question so you don't have to write one from scratch, and you can still ask follow-ups afterward either way.

Clicking a template card runs its question as written. If you want a variation, ask a follow-up once the conversation starts, or type your own question instead of using the template.

No. Each agent has its own count, for example Identified Accounts has 48, shown on both its "Browse all [N] playbooks" link and its section in the full library. The full library's total across every agent is shown next to "PLAYBOOK LIBRARY" at the top of that page.

This usually means the agent doesn't have data to analyze yet. Check whether the relevant data source or tracking pixel is connected under Agents: Connecting Your Data.
