Overview
The AI Agent Analytics agent answers questions about how your active agents are performing. It analyzes performance across them so you can see what's working, what's triggering actions, and where to optimize, without assembling the picture from separate reports.
Its tagline on screen sums it up: Ask anything about how your agents are performing.
Getting to the AI Agent Analytics agent
In the left sidebar, click Agents.
Click Select Agent.
Click the AI Agent Analytics card.
The breadcrumb at the top confirms where you are: Agents › Select an Agent › AI Agent Analytics.
Tip: if you are already chatting with a different agent, click the agent selector at the bottom-left of the prompt box and pick AI Agent Analytics instead of going back. See Agents: Select an Agent.
What's on the screen
Agent badge: a small Agent label above the title, confirming you are on an agent chat screen rather than a dashboard.
Agent name and tagline: AI Agent Analytics with its one-line description of what it covers.
Prompt box: the large input in the middle, prompting you to analyze and visualize trends and patterns in the data. Type your question here.
Agent selector: the dropdown at the bottom-left of the prompt box, showing AI Agent Analytics. Use it to switch agents without leaving the chat.
Send button: the arrow button at the bottom-right of the prompt box.
Connect your data to analyze: a bar beneath the prompt box, with connector icons and a Connect Data button. It appears when the agent needs a data source connected to answer fully.
Once you send a question, the answer appears in the conversation below the prompt box, and you can keep asking follow-ups in the same thread.
What you can ask
This agent is scoped to agent performance data. For example:
How are my agents performing this month?
Which agent is triggering the most actions?
Where is performance dropping off?
What should I optimize first?
Questions outside this agent's domain are better asked of a different agent. Each agent draws only on the data for its own area.
Connecting data
An agent can only answer from the data connected to your workspace. When the Connect your data to analyze bar is showing, click Connect Data to add a source. The icons on that bar preview the connectors available, with a +5-style count for the rest.
Until a source is connected, answers that depend on it will be limited.
Playbooks and templates
If you would rather not write your own question, some agents show a Get started with a template section beneath the prompt box with prebuilt prompts you can click, a count of every playbook available for that agent, and a link to browse them all.
See Agents: Playbooks for how templates work.
