Agents: Intent Signals

Chat with the Intent Signals agent to ask which accounts are showing buyer intent and which to prioritize, and use its 50 playbook templates.

Overview

The Intent Signals agent answers questions about buyer intent across your accounts. It detects intent signals across channels so you can prioritize the accounts showing active research behavior, instead of scanning signal lists yourself.

Its tagline on screen sums it up: Ask anything about buyer intent across your accounts.

Getting to the Intent Signals agent

  1. In the left sidebar, click Agents.

  2. Click Select Agent.

  3. Click the Intent Signals card.

The breadcrumb at the top confirms where you are: Agents › Select an Agent › Intent Signals.

Tip: if you are already chatting with a different agent, click the agent selector at the bottom-left of the prompt box and pick Intent Signals instead of going back. See Agents: Select an Agent.

What's on the screen

  • Agent badge: a small Agent label above the title, confirming you are on an agent chat screen rather than a dashboard.

  • Agent name and tagline: Intent Signals with its one-line description of what it covers.

  • Prompt box: the large input in the middle, prompting you to analyze and visualize trends and patterns in the data.

  • Agent selector: the dropdown at the bottom-left of the prompt box, showing Intent Signals. Use it to switch agents without leaving the chat.

  • Send button: the arrow button at the bottom-right of the prompt box.

  • Connect your data to analyze: a bar beneath the prompt box with connector icons and a Connect Data button. It appears when the agent needs a data source connected to answer fully.

  • Get started with a template: a block of prebuilt prompts under the prompt box, with a count of every playbook available for this agent.

Get started with a template

The template block is subtitled Spot and act on buyer intent signals across your accounts and shows four prebuilt prompts you can click instead of typing your own:

  • High intent accounts now: which accounts currently show the strongest intent signals?

  • Prioritize rising intent companies: which companies should we prioritize based on rising intent?

  • High intent no sales owner: show high-intent accounts without a CRM owner.

  • Intent without engagement gaps: which accounts have intent signals but low engagement activity?

These four are a sample. Click Browse all 50 Intent Signals playbooks to see the full set. For how templates work, see Agents: Playbooks.

What you can ask

This agent is scoped to intent signals and segments. Beyond the templates, you can ask things like:

  • Which accounts crossed an intent threshold this week?

  • Which segments show the most research activity?

  • Which intent signals fire most often before a deal opens?

Questions outside this agent's domain are better asked of a different agent. Each agent draws only on the data for its own area.

Connecting data

An agent can only answer from the data connected to your workspace. When the Connect your data to analyze bar is showing, click Connect Data to add a source. Questions about CRM ownership in particular depend on your CRM being connected.

FAQs

Which intent signals does this agent use?

It answers from the intent signals configured in your workspace, covering Intent Signals and Segments. If a signal is not set up, the agent cannot report on it.

Why does an answer say accounts have no CRM owner?

That reflects your connected CRM data. Accounts with intent but no assigned owner are surfaced so you can route them, which is exactly what the "High intent no sales owner" template asks for.

Do I have to use a template?

No. Templates are a shortcut. You can type any question in the prompt box instead, and you can edit a template's prompt after clicking it.

Are my conversations saved?

Yes. Conversations are saved and searchable from Search Chats.
