Account Settings: Billing & Subscriptions

Check your current Sona plan, what it includes, your contract credit allotment, and month-by-month usage from the Billing & Subscriptions tab in Account Settings.

Overview

Billing & Subscriptions brings your plan and your usage together in one place. It shows which Sona plan you are on and what it includes, how many credits your contract allots and how many you have used, and a month-by-month record of how many people and companies Sona identified for you. Use it to keep an eye on your credit usage, spot changes in identification volume, and find the way to a different plan.

Getting to Billing & Subscriptions

Billing & Subscriptions is the third tab inside Account Settings, which lives at the bottom of the left sidebar. To open it:

  1. In the left sidebar, click Account Settings at the very bottom. If the sidebar is collapsed to icons, it is the person icon in the bottom-left corner.

  2. In the settings menu, click Billing & Subscriptions.

Your plan

The first Current Plan card at the top of the tab names your plan and summarizes what it includes.

  • Plan name: The plan your organization is on, for example Marketing - Starter Plan, with a one-line description underneath.

  • Users: How many users your plan allows.

  • Credits (in your plan): The number of credits included in your plan.

  • Choose Plan: Opens the Choose your plan page, where you can compare plans and upgrade.

  • Manage Subscription: Manages your existing subscription. If it is grayed out, it is not available for your account.

Below the plan summary, a second Current Plan card shows your contract details and how your usage is trending.

  • Credits Utilized this Contract Allotment: How many of those credits you have used so far.

  • Monthly Identified Companies: The number of companies Sona has identified this month, with a line chart of recent months so you can compare.

  • Monthly Identified People: The number of people Sona has identified this month, with the same monthly chart.

Note: Each chart shows the date its monthly count resets, for example Resets November 1, 2026. The count starts again from zero on that date.

Usage by month

At the bottom of the tab, a table breaks your usage down month by month, with the most recent month first.

  • Time Period: The month the row covers.

  • Monthly Tracked Users: The number of visitors Sona tracked on your website that month.

  • Count of Records from Primary CRM: The number of records from your primary CRM.
