Overview
Every conversation you have with an agent is saved automatically. Search Chats is where you find and reopen an earlier conversation instead of starting over or trying to remember what an agent told you.
Opening Search Chats
Click Search Chats in the left sidebar, under Agents, to see your past conversations.
Search field – type to filter your past conversations by keyword.
Results list – each row shows the question that started that chat and roughly when it happened, for example Past month.
Reopening a chat
Click any result to jump straight back into that conversation, at the message you started it with.
The conversation reopens exactly as you left it, including any follow-up questions and answers, so you can keep asking follow-ups or just reread the answer.
Note: The breadcrumb at the top (for example, Agents > Playbooks > AI Visibility) shows how that conversation was started, whether from a typed question or a Playbook.

Search Chats currently searches across all your agent conversations at once, by keyword, rather than filtering by a specific agent first.

Does reopening a chat let me keep asking questions in it?
Yes. Reopening a result brings back the full conversation, and you can continue asking follow-ups from where you left off.

Search Chats shows your own conversations. Check with your workspace admin if you need to confirm visibility rules for your account.
