Overview
Business Information shows the details Sona holds for your organization: its name and its unique Organization ID. Open it when you need to confirm which organization your account belongs to, or when you need the exact Organization ID, for example in a support request.
Getting to Business Information
Business Information is the second tab inside Account Settings, which lives at the bottom of the left sidebar. To open it:
In the left sidebar, click Account Settings at the very bottom. If the sidebar is collapsed to icons, it is the person icon in the bottom-left corner.
In the settings menu, click Business Information.
The Business Information card shows two details. Both are view-only.
Organization Name: The name of the organization your Sona account belongs to.
Organization ID: The unique identifier Sona assigns to your organization, a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes.

There is no copy button. Highlight the ID with your cursor and copy it with Ctrl+C (or Cmd+C on a Mac).
