Sona lets you connect messaging platforms, such as Slack, for real-time notifications. Once connected, you can set up messaging alerts based on saved filters for both visitors and accounts, so your team hears about the activity that matters as it happens. This guide walks you through connecting Slack and what the integration unlocks.
Connecting Slack to Sona
Follow these steps to authorize Slack:
Click Connect in the left panel, under the Slack icon.
You are redirected to where you can authorize the integration with SSO.
Log in to your Slack admin account.
Select Allow, and you can then configure alerts for Slack.
That is it. Sona is now configured to send alerts to Slack channels or individual Slack users. Click Next to continue the onboarding steps.
